Riyadh Bank decided to include reasonable and risk-based procedures to verify the true identity of any customer that is willing to conduct financial transactions at the branch. As a result, the bank has reduced identity theft and financial fraud, complied with the related regulation (KYC, AML, CFT, SIM reg, etc.), automated and increased the average processing time.
