National Bank of Iraq identifies their customers in the branch using 01 Systems signature pads. Signature pads are specialized in the filed on capturing handwritten electronic signatures in the branches. These pads include unique features that allows signatures to be captured in a secure manner. It is calculated that financial institutions can sign approximately 90% of their customer transactions electronically using signature pads in a legal and compliant manner. Signature pads are not only beneficial for the environment, but also allows institutions to reduce stationary costs and other operational expenses.
