Ajman Bank, an Islamic bank in the United Arab Emirates digitally transforms with 01 Systems. Through an array of different solutions comprising our Voucher Control System and DocSafe, the bank has automated its branches and back-office operations to enhance customers’ experience and overall operational efficiency, whilst attaining cost savings and going green. Utilizing our Digital Voucher Solution, Ajman Bank’s branches have been digitized and became paperless for all customer transactions, which can be authenticated instantaneously. All transactions are tracked, evaluated and validated through our Transaction Auditing System and subsequently are then captured, categorized, stored and archived with DocSafe.
