Digital Voucher
Shifting the business from paper-centric to digital processes is the first key step in digital transformation. Institutions are now increasingly built upon instant, interconnected and ubiquitous transactions, where recipients can conduct transactions either on digital tablets, mobile devices, or self-service (Kiosk) machines in the branch via our Digital voucher, which also offers transactions to be reconciled automatically.
01 Systems Digital Voucher solution can be conducted in two different approaches: Customer in command or teller in command. The first mode of the Digital Voucher- “Teller in Command” focuses on digitalizing the printing function, whereby all forms can be digitalized into PDF forms and then presented to the customer, hence, the customer would be able to sign on a digital tablet electronically. The second mode of the Digital Voucher – “Customer in Command” is more advanced, whereby the customer will be able to be responsible of the performance of the transaction. The customer would fill out the needed details and information required that would result in getting the authorized signature needed electronically on a digital tablet.
